Mags Simpson

Mags is originally from Moate and has worked in dentistry for 17 years, since qualifying from AIT in 2009. Her career began in a Galway practice, where she was asked to stay on after completing her college work experience, and over seven years there she progressed to Practice Manager.

That was only the start. Mags has since gone from managing a single practice to becoming VP of Operations at Truly, looking after every Truly clinic in Ireland and worldwide. She oversees our practice teams, our systems and the day-to-day running of the business, making sure each clinic delivers the same truly great experience.

Mags loves to stay busy, so the job suits her perfectly. People are the best part of it. Whether she's chatting to a patient at check-in or helping a nervous patient feel at ease, she gets real satisfaction from putting a smile on someone's face, and she'll do whatever it takes.

She is always on the lookout for courses and qualifications that will help her grow, most recently completing a course in Accounts Administration and Payroll.
