When do I book my appointment?
You must book your truly dental appointment within 4 weeks of your first payment.
What happens if I can't pay on time?
If we are unable to collect the payment on the scheduled date, we will try again. If that payment attempt also fails, the missed payment will be added to the amount of the next scheduled payment. Please note, missed payments may incur fees and unpaid debts may be sent to debt collection. Learn more here
How do I pay with Humm?
Have a humm approval
You need to have an approval before going in-clinic. Have your mobile ready as you will need to provide your humm acceptance code to complete the purchase.
Pay in-clinic
At the checkout tell your dentist that you would like to pay with humm. You can use your full approval or part pay with humm.
Your treatment coordinator or practice manager will help you complete your payment.
What documents should I have ready before I apply?
1. ID:
Passport or
Irish Driving License (As proof of earnings / PPS)
2. Proof of earnings.
If you are employed: Payslip from the last month
If you’re self-employed: Notice of Self Assessment return or Form 11
If you are receiving benefits: Statement of Benefits
3. Bank statements within the last 3 months showing a minimum of 35 days transactions.
Can I pay off my payment plan sooner?
Yes, you can! Feel free to make additional payments to complete it faster.
