Jimmy Dalton

Jimmy is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of commercial and financial experience.

He qualified as a chartered accountant in 2007 while working in corporate finance with BDO in Dublin. He then spent 7 years as CFO for a Pub/Hotel/Property Group where he gained invaluable experience at a relatively young age helping to guide the Group through the economic crash of 2007-2012.

In 2014, Jimmy joined Arkphire, an IT company in Sandyford, as CFO. Arkphire rapidly expanded over the following 10 years. During his tenure Jimmy assisted in growing the company from a €20m revenue company to over €250m. Along the journey Jimmy supported the CEO and shareholders in 2018 to successfully take on UK Private Equity assistance and later in 2021 to sell the business to Presidio Inc, a large global IT company.

Jimmy joined the Truly Group as CFO in 2024, bringing his extensive experience and strategic insight to help the group achieve its ambitious goals.

Outside of work, Jimmy enjoys actively participating in sports and keeping his kids from killing each other!
