Dr. Ksenija Zaporozceva is one of Ireland’s leading experts in cosmetic and restorative dentistry, renowned for her clinical precision, aesthetic sensibility, and leadership in modern dental care. As Chief Medical Officer and Partner at DSD and Truly Dental Group, she oversees a team of over 60 doctors—setting exceptional standards in clinical excellence, innovation, and patient experience across the group.
Dr. Ksenija’s clinical passion lies in advanced cosmetic smile transformations, with a special focus on porcelain veneers and comprehensive smile makeovers. She is known for her ability to design natural, harmonious smiles that enhance both aesthetics and function—delivered with a gentle, minimally invasive approach rooted in adhesive and preventative dentistry.
Raised in Waterford, Dr. Ksenija was awarded the prestigious All-Ireland Scholarship for academic excellence and graduated with a Dental Science degree from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland’s top university. After completing her Foundation Training and gaining valuable NHS and private practice experience in Cambridge, she returned home to help build Truly Dental into one of the most progressive dental groups in the country.
In her pursuit of clinical mastery, Dr. Ksenija has trained extensively with some of the world’s most respected names in cosmetic dentistry. She studied under Dr. Michael Apa in Miami, USA—one of the world’s most influential cosmetic dentists—refining her approach to high-end aesthetic restorations. She also trained with Maksim Belograd, focusing on precise veneer preparation and microscopic techniques, and completed advanced adhesive dentistry training with Dr. David Alleman, a pioneer in biomimetic protocols. Additional training includes restorative excellence with Style Italiano’s Professor Louis Hardan and Dr. Walter Devoto, microscopic endodontics and crown preparation at the Belograd Institute, oral surgery in Havana, and professional dental photography with Minesh Patel—further sharpening her case planning and visual communication skills.
Dr. Ksenija also integrates the most innovative digital planning technologies and Digital Smile Design (DSD) protocols into her workflow to ensure precise, patient-focused outcomes. She works in close collaboration with Boris Dental Laboratory and Ireland’s top master technicians to deliver bespoke, world-class restorations of exceptional quality and craftsmanship.
She has successfully completed the Primary Care Dentistry examination, the Membership of the Faculty of Dentistry (MFDS), and the prestigious Membership in General Dental Surgery (MGDS) examinations with the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI)—a testament to her advanced knowledge, clinical excellence, and ongoing dedication to professional growth.
Dr. Ksenija is a registered member of the Irish Dental Association and is deeply committed to clinical excellence, patient trust, and natural, lasting results. She is widely recognised as one of the most talented and progressive cosmetic dentists in the country.
