Dr. Foteini Kousteni

Dr. Foteini Kousteni is a dedicated dentist with a strong focus on modern, patient-centred care and digital dentistry. Originally from Athens, she pursued her dental education in Prague, graduating from Charles University’s First Faculty of Medicine in 2022. During her studies, she was awarded a Merit Scholarship in recognition of her academic excellence.

Following graduation, Dr. Kousteni began her career in a digital denture clinic, where she developed a strong foundation in general dentistry, including routine and surgical extractions. During this time, she gained extensive experience in digital denture workflows, combining clinical precision with modern technology.

Alongside her clinical work, she pursued advanced training in composite bonding, learning both free-hand under the mentorship of Dr. Andrew Chandrapal and injection moulding techniques. This experience sparked a strong passion for aesthetic dentistry, particularly in natural composite veneers. Further developing her expertise, Dr. Kousteni completed advanced training in porcelain veneers at the Belograd Academy in Prague under Dr. Maxim Belograd allowing her to provide a comprehensive range of aesthetic treatment options tailored to each patient.

Committed to delivering conservative and predictable results, Dr. Kousteni is currently undertaking a Postgraduate Diploma in Clear Aligner Therapy delivered by SAFE Orthodontic Training and recognised by the City of London Dental School and the University of Greater Manchester. As an Invisalign provider, she incorporates orthodontics into her treatment planning to enhance aesthetic outcomes and, where possible, reduce the need for invasive restorative treatment.

In addition to her interest in aesthetic dentistry, Dr. Kousteni remains passionate about all aspects of general dentistry. She particularly enjoys treating anxious patients and is a certified sedationist, providing both IV sedation for adults and inhalation sedation (laughing gas) for adults and children. Her daily practice includes restorative treatments, fillings, onlays, and extractions, with a strong focus on preserving natural teeth whenever possible.

Known for her gentle and empathetic approach, Dr. Kousteni values building strong relationships with her patients and creating a comfortable, trusting environment where patients feel at ease.
Outside of dentistry, she enjoys staying active through tennis, dancing, hiking, and skiing, and maintains a keen interest in neuroscience and overall well-being, reflecting her holistic approach to patient care.
