Eligibility

  • Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
  • You must either be a current patient of Dr. Jimmy Butt or be willing to undergo treatment exclusively with him at Truly Dental.
  • Entries are open to residents of Ireland.

Entry Process

  • To enter, you must complete the form on our official campaign landing page: trulydental.ie/life-changing-smile
  • You may nominate yourself or someone else.
  • Submitting a video is optional but may strengthen your entry.
  • Only one entry per person is permitted.

Deadline

  • All entries must be submitted by Thursday, 4th July 2025.
  • Late submissions will not be considered.
  • The winner will be contacted directly and publicly announced by 1st August 2025.

Prize

  • The prize includes full-mouth dental implant treatment delivered by Dr. Jimmy Butt at Truly Dental.
  • The prize includes a 20-year guarantee on the dental implants.
  • The clinical team determines the treatment plan and scope following a full consultation.
  • The prize is non-transferable and holds no cash value.
  • The prize does not include any other dental treatment that the clinical team may deem necessary outside the agreed plan.
  • The prize does not include routine check ups and maintenance following the treatment.

Selection Process

  • Entries will be reviewed by Truly Dental’s Clinical and Leadership Team.
  • The decision of the selection panel is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Treatment & Consent

  • The chosen patient must be deemed clinically suitable for full-mouth implants following assessment.
  • The patient must follow all medical and treatment advice given by the clinical team.
  • Truly Dental reserves the right to withdraw the prize if a patient is found to be unsuitable for treatment.

Media & Marketing

  • By entering the campaign, you agree to allow Truly Dental to share your story (including written, photo, and video content) across marketing channels.
  • The winner must be willing to participate in a short video at the end of treatment, documenting their transformation journey.
  • Consent will be obtained in writing prior to any media being published.

General

  • Truly Dental reserves the right to amend or cancel this campaign at any time without prior notice.
  • Entry into the campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
