Dr Ross Orchard

Ross is a dedicated and highly skilled dentist delivering quality dental care. With a passion for improving smiles and enhancing oral health, Ross offers comprehensive services in general dentistry, oral and implant surgery and sedation.

Ross graduated from the University of Sheffield with a BDS degree with honours. Following this, he completed his dental foundation training in a busy practice in Guildford, Surrey treating a varied cohort of patients for restorative and general dentistry. Ross then underwent further training at the Eastman Dental Hospital in oral surgery, including complex tooth and wisdom tooth extractions under local anaesthesia, general anaesthesia and sedation. During his time at the Eastman, Ross received mentoring from some of the best oral surgeons in London building a strong surgical portfolio and attaining his conscious sedation accreditation.

Ross has trained in the maxillo-facial department at University College London Hospital assisting in life saving head and neck cancer operations, reconstructive jaw surgery and salivary gland tumour operations. During his time at UCLH, he learnt about the peri-operative medical management of patients undergoing complex treatment and gained experience in managing oro-facial complications.

Ross is an active member of the Association of Dental Implantology (ADI) and continually pursues further education to stay at the forefront of dental innovations; to deliver patient-centred evidence-based care. He has been a part of multiple quality improvement projects and continues to work on publishing case reports and research papers for the Royal College of Surgeons England and Edinburgh. With a warm and friendly approach, Ross takes the time to listen to his patients' desires to create personalised treatment plans tailored to their unique needs. Beyond dentistry, Ross enjoys spending time with friends and family whether that be out cycling, playing racket sports, cricket or travelling.
