Dr Niyosha Rasekhi

  • General Dentist

Dr. Niyosha Rasekhi was born in Iran and began her academic journey with a Bachelor's degree in Midwifery. After developing a deep interest in dentistry, she moved to Hungary in 2018 to study pre-medical sciences at McDaniel College. In 2019, she applied for dentistry at Vilnius University in Lithuania, where she was awarded a scholarship and graduated in 2024.

Throughout her studies, Dr. Rasekhi worked as a dental assistant alongside a prosthodontic specialist, fueling her passion for restorative dentistry. While she has not yet chosen a specific area of specialization, Dr. Rasekhi is particularly interested in prosthetic dentistry and plans to pursue advanced studies in this field in the future. She is also committed to expanding her knowledge in restorative dentistry and endodontics through additional courses.

Dr. Rasekhi is precise in her work and believes that creating a peaceful, calm environment is essential for her patients' well-being. Many nervous patients have complimented her patience and the gentle approach she takes, helping them feel at ease during their dental treatments. Her research interests include Medication-Related Osteonecrosis of the Jaw (MRONJ), and she has published an article on this topic in breast cancer patients. She is also working on a new research project, which she plans to publish in the future.

When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Rasekhi enjoys traveling, hiking, camping, and swimming, all of which help her maintain balance and stay connected to nature.
