Dr Darach Judge

Dr Darach is a graduate of Dublin Dental University Hospital, Trinity College Dublin with 20+ years of experience of delivering ethical clinical care within all areas of dentistry. He provides  a wide range of oral therapies, with consistent accuracy, efficiency and empathy to attain the highest levels of patient satisfaction. As a patient-focused Dental Surgeon he is well-trained in treating dental emergencies such as pain and trauma.

He has extensive experience in managing patients with varying degrees of dental and general anxiety and was nominated by patients several years in a row for Ireland's Sensitive Dentist of the Year Award. In 2017 he was the Ulster regional winner of this award as well as the overall national winner, judged by the board to have provided an exceptional level of care to a patient with complex needs.                                                          

I enjoy using my skills to make any appointment for every patient of mine, as stress-free as possible. I ensure all my patients understand their oral health status and any measures that are required to improve and maintain it.

My favorite areas of practice in dentistry focus on prevention of oral disease, optimizing function as well aesthetics for all patients. I enjoy constantly learning and CPD to remain informed of the best practices in our constantly changing field. The introduction of digital scanning has changed much in my workow and patient outcomes, especially in orthodontics and prosthetic rehabilitation. I’m really excited to continue my training in aesthetic dentistry and implant dentistry. When not enhancing smiles and oral health, I enjoy meditation, music and painting to ease the mind. Sailing, Lego and golf help too
