From the start of her journey as a dental technician, Carolina discovered her passion for dentistry. Her keen interest in innovative technologies, particularly CAD/CAM software, fueled her desire to stay at the forefront of advancements in the field. However, what truly motivated her was the opportunity to transform lives by enhancing smiles and boosting confidence.

After relocating to Dublin, Carolina transitioned from laboratory work to dental nursing, where she found her true calling in patient care. Over the course of nearly a year, she gained hands-on experience in surgery, collaborating with specialists and continuously expanding her knowledge. She thrives in a profession that offers constant opportunities for growth and takes pride in making patients feel valued, comfortable, and cared for during their treatments.

Now serving as Head Nurse, Carolina applies her organizational and leadership skills to create a supportive and motivating environment for her team. She believes that fostering a positive atmosphere is essential—not only for delivering exceptional patient care but also for empowering her team to perform at their best. Carolina is dedicated to continuous learning and skill development, ensuring that her team provides the highest standard of care to every patient.

Carolina is also passionate about giving back to the community. In Spain, she volunteered for a year in an after-school program for children, an experience that deepened her sense of purpose and commitment to helping others. In her personal time, she enjoys exploring the world of psychology through podcasts on her daily walks, immersing herself in books, and relaxing with a great movie and popcorn on the weekends.
