As Practice Manager at Truly Dental Baggot Street, Bláthnaid oversees the smooth and efficient operation of the practice, ensuring that patients receive exceptional care and that the team is fully supported to deliver it. With a strong background in patient experience and team coordination, she brings professionalism, empathy, and meticulous attention to detail to every aspect of her role.

Bláthnaid’s interest in dentistry began from a personal perspective. Having once experienced dental anxiety herself, she recognises the importance of compassion and clear communication in building trust with patients. Today, she is dedicated to fostering a calm, welcoming environment where patients feel genuinely cared for and the team can thrive. She takes pride in contributing to Truly Dental’s reputation for exceptional quality and care.

Outside of work, Bláthnaid enjoys travelling, exploring new cultures, and spending time with family and friends. A lifelong piano player, she finds music a great way to unwind and recharge.
